Handling order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data in order to handle it properly. This concerns name, billing address, email address and telephone number. We may give this personal information to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you.

We also receive information about the payment from your bank or credit card company. In addition to the aforementioned personal data, this also concerns payment details, IP address and possibly date of birth. This is necessary to process the payment and to be able to make any refunds.

Providing to third parties
We work with a number of companies that receive your data for receiving, processing and completing orders. We have concluded processor agreements with them in accordance with the AVG so that your data is well protected. Our regular partners are:

  • Lightspeed (webshop software)
  • E-Warehouse (warehouse software)

Security
The security of personal data is of great importance to us. To protect your privacy, we only use SSL secured connections (Secure Sockets Layer) that protects all information between you and our website when you enter personal data.

Contact Form
Through the contact form on our website you can ask us questions. The information you enter here is only used to communicate with you regarding any queries. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.

Create an account
You can choose to create an account in our web store so that you do not have to enter all the information again and again. You can adjust information and view your orders via your account. With the name and address, billing address, telephone number, e-mail address and a user name you have chosen, we create an account on which you can log in with a password of your choice. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until you cancel the account.

Provision to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the aforementioned partners, we will not, under any circumstances, provide your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police require this if there is suspicion of a crime).

Social media buttons are included in our web store. With this, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.

Cookies
Our webshop uses cookies. Cookies are small files where we can store information so that you do not have to enter the same information all the time. We can also see that you are visiting us again.

When you visit our webshop for the first time, we present a notification with an explanation about cookies. Hereby we will ask for your agreement for the use of these cookies.

You can disable the placing of cookies via the browser, however some parts of our webshop may not work properly.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our web store. We have signed a processor agreement with Google that contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to keep (in accordance with Google conditions for data processing). We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services.

When our web store changes, we must of course also adjust the privacy statement. Always pay attention to the date above and check regularly for new versions.
