Ordering
How do I place an order?
View our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to the checkout. When payment is successful and your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thunderkraft.com. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to help you of course.
Will I receive an order confirmation and an invoice?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation and an invoice by email shortly after placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over €60 to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. For all other countries we offer discounted shipping.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Orders placed before 22:00 are shipped the same day. Delivery time depends on the country we need to ship to. Please check our shipping & returns page for an indication of the delivery time.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Are duties and import taxes included?
There are no extra costs, duties or import taxes for shipments to countries within the European Union. Everything is already included when you complete the payment at checkout.
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and VAT may apply according to your country's regulations. Because of this, your order does not include any Dutch VAT (the Dutch VAT is deducted upon checkout after entering your shipping address outside of the EU).
*An exception is the United Kingdom. All taxes and duties are already included upon checkout, so our customers from the UK won't face any extra costs.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payment methods such as credit card (VISA and Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other common online payment options shown at checkout. You can view the full list of payment methods here.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through secure and encrypted systems to ensure your safety.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14 day return policy from the moment your order has been delivered. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return the product(s) you wish to return. For all details regarding our return policy, please see our shipping & returns page.
How do I return an item?
You can return your order or part of your order through our return portal.
Are there any costs for returning my order?
Returning your order (or part of your order) is free for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, as long as the remaining value of your order is above €60,-. For all other European countries we offer discounted return labels (for example €5,95 for returns from France).
You can of course also return your order at your own expense with a carrier of your choice, but register your return in advance through our return portal.
Please note that we work with a fair-use policy of our free return service. If you return 4 or more items from your order (split orders are also considered one order), €9,95 return processing costs are deducted from your refund. This is due to sustainability reasons and because of the high return costs associated with these returns. For all details regarding returning orders, please see our shipping & returns page.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, refunds are usually processed within 1 to 2 weeks.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we can exchange an item for you depending on stock availability. When registering your return through our return portal, you can request an exchange. Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, we will ship out your new item to you. You will automatically receive a new tracking link for your new shipment. A possible price difference will be settled of course.

Are your products sustainable?
Many items we carry in our collection are a durable and sustainable choice compared to other items in the same product category. We carefully select the brands and products we offer and focus on responsible production and durable materials. To help you make a conscious decision, we emphasize our sustainable items with a logo of a green leaf.
What types of products do you sell?
We offer minimalist and functional fashion items such as winter coats, summer jackets, backpacks, bags, sunglasses, watches, gloves and more! Our collection is expanding every year and we are always looking for cool and exclusive brands.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 2 year warranty on all of our products from the moment of purchase.
I have a defective product, what should I do?
If your item is defective within the 2 year warranty period, please send us an email at info@thunderkraft.com. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue and include a few clear photos. We will then look at this right away.
Account
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track orders and save details for future purchases.
How do I create an account?
Click on the account icon and follow the registration steps. You can also create an account during the ordering process.

Promotions
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Sign up for our newsletter to stay up-to-date with all of our promotions and seasonal sales. After signing up, you will also receive a 10% newsletter discount code. Please note that the newsletter discount can't be applied to items that are already on sale.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order.
